Install The Quiz Plugin
First of all, you must install the plugin. Go to Plugins > Add New and search for Forminator. Then, install and activate it. On the WordPress dashboard, you will see a new tab.
Go to the Forminator dashboard and click the Quiz button. It also allows you to create contact forms and polls.
Another great reason that it is my favorite quiz plugin is that you can create knowledge and even personality quizzes.
Create A Quiz
Choose a name and type of your quiz and press the Continue button. You can on or off lead collection for that quiz.
As you can see, there are different sections on the left side. There are sections for questions, appearance, behavior, etc.
But first, select the title for your quiz, upload a featured image, and also, you can add a little description if you want to.
After that go to the Questions section and here you can add as many questions and answers as you wish. Click the Add Question and input the first question.
Also, you can add images to the questions. Maybe you have picture-based quizzes. You have an option for that.
After the question, you can add questions. And you can select which one is the correct answer. You can add as many questions and answers as you want. You are not limited.
In the Appearance section, you can design your quiz. You can change many settings like design style, colors for different elements, fonts, layout, etc. It is up to you how you want your quiz to look.
It is a free quiz plugin but it is a very powerful one. It allows you to add custom CSS if you want more design features. Great, right?
After you finish your appearance you can edit the behavior of your quiz. In this section, you can edit things like results display method, correct & wrong answers, social sharing features, and so on.
Next, you can choose emails for notification purposes, and also it has integration features with other apps. You can see that in Forminator > Integrations.
After you finish your quiz, click the Publish button. Go to the Forminator dashboard and you will see the newly created quiz. Click the little gear icon and copy the shortcode.
You can insert this shortcode like any other shortcode. In the posts, pages, sidebars, etc.
And don’t forget, while you are creating a quiz, always save your progress and you also have a preview feature where you can see how your quiz looks like.
